Matt grew up around the insurance business and felt drawn to working in the industry himself from a young age. After earning a degree in marketing from the University of North Dakota, he watched his passion grow the more he got to work with clients.
Matt thoroughly enjoys his work, especially time spent building solutions to clients’ complex problems. He sees himself as “the dreamer” who brainstorms ways for the organization to grow and works with others toward long-term goals.
Matt strives to always be learning, and he uses his ever-expanding knowledge to create effective and simple-to-understand services and solutions for clients everywhere.
