Allison Weckman

Allison Weckman grew up in North Fargo and graduated from NDSU with a degree in Mass Communication. She spent time in Rochester, MN for five years, working for the Rochester Golf & Country Club as Membership Director and the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce as Events Coordinator.

After returning to Fargo, Allison started with the Home Builders Association as Membership Coordinator, eventually moving into the Events Coordinator role. After almost a decade with the HBA, she decided to step out of her comfort zone and try something new. Drawn to the growth mindset of the team at The Greenhouse, Allison joined as Director of Operations and now assists with day-to-day operations and serves as a liaison to the various clients and partners that work within The Greenhouse.

Allison is married with two kids and a dog. She enjoys bowling league, running, traveling, karaoke and is a fierce supporter of The Power of 100 Red River Valley.
